What are my options for printing?

There are currently three available options for printing to choose from. These include stretched canvas prints, canvas prints and photo paper prints


What materials are used in the printing process?

Option #1: STRETCHED CANVAS PRINT

A high-grade canvas is used for our stretched canvas prints. It is a high quality, white canvas, based on a superior quality polyester canvas for a semi-gloss satin finish style and printed in High Definition enabling professional results. Physical qualities/properties include: 350gsm (grams per square metre) basis weight, vibrant colour reproduction and deep blacks, water and scratch resistant

Option #2: CANVAS PRINT
SIHL 3609 Picasso Canvas Prime Satin 16.5 mil is used for our canvas prints. It is a high quality, white artistic canvas, based on a cotton/polyester blend for a satin finish enabling professional photorealistic prints. Physical qualities/properties include: 370gsm (grams per square metre) basis weight, brilliant colour reproduction and deep, rich blacks, no signs of white-scoring and is waterfast.
Option #3: PHOTO PAPER PRINT
SIHL 3689 TriSolvâ„¢ PostArt Paper 135 Satin 6 mil is used for our photo paper prints. It is an economical, bright white, wet strength paper that features outdoor durability and excellent water and scratch resistant coating. Physical qualities/properties include: 135gsm (grams per square metre) basis weight, 100% whiteness, 25% gloss and 97% opacity, acid-free based material with satin
finish for exceptional longevity and durability.


Is the framing of printed artworks available?

Currently, there are no framing options available.

 

Where are the printed artworks shipped from?

All of our printed artworks are professionally packed and shipped out from our home gallery, located in the Blacktown/Hills District, Sydney, NSW. We use two local printing companies both producing high-quality, professional prints with decades of experience.

 

How do I care for the prints?

Our photo paper prints and canvas prints are printed with a Rolandâ„¢ Solvent inkjet printer, using genuine Jetmaxâ„¢ eco-solvent ink. As per Inkjet, the prints can typically last for 100+ years at room temperature if they are taken care of properly. It features aqueous (water-based) heavily-pigment formulation, very solid and glossy blacks and high-quality standard CMYK colours and alternative hues with deep absorption, minimum bleeding and fast drying. It delivers excellent resistance to abrasion and water exposure. To care for your photo paper prints and canvas prints, avoid exposure to direct sunlight and wipe off dust with a clean, dry cloth.
Our stretched canvas prints are printed with an Inkjet printer, using genuine UltraChrome® XD Ink. As per Inkjet, the prints can typically last for 100+ years at room temperature if they are taken care of properly. It features aqueous (water-based) all-pigment formulation, a super deep black and an enhanced 4-colour gamut range with deep absorption, minimum bleeding and fast drying. It has
enhanced resistance to damage through scratching and moisture exposure. To care for your stretched canvas prints, avoid exposure to direct sunlight and wipe off dust with a clean, dry cloth.

 

Can I custom size the prints?

Yes you can. If you require a smaller or larger size than the sizes offered, you are welcome to contact us at enquiries@intuitiveartbyleah.com.au to receive a quote and place a custom order.

 

What if I have concerns about the colours?

In order to set the right expectations, the original high-resolution images, as shown in the product images, are used for printing. However, even the same image may have a different look on different devices. For example, you will see the colours of the same image look slightly different on iPhone versus Android phones versus some desktop monitors.
If you have any concerns about colours, we highly recommended that you view the product images with a variety of different devices to ensure you are happy with the colour. If still in doubt, you are always welcome to contact us at enquiries@intuitiveartbyleah.com.au

 

What is the shipping cost?

We are currently offering FREE shipping Australia wide. For a limited time only!


Do you do express shipping?

We can do express shipping at extra cost (quoted upon request)
We endeavour to dispatch all rush orders within 3 business days and ship out with express shipping.
For most cities, it takes 1-3 days to deliver from Sydney to you. As the delivery time is up to the courier, if you need your order to arrive before a specific date, please contact us at enquiries@intuitiveartbyleah.com.au to double check before you place rush order.

 

Do you ship overseas?

We currently do not ship overseas.


Which courier do you use?

Your parcel will be delivered by Australia Post.


What if my product arrives damaged?

Our team take great care in ensuring that your parcel is securely packed. We have an extremely low damage rate, however, it cannot be totally avoided, therefore, we will happily replace your print if it arrives damaged. Any damage on delivery does require proof of damage through photograph submissions and will need to be sent within a day of receipt. All refunds will be paid through the
same mode of payment.

What are the payment methods?

Payment of your order can be made with ZipPay, AfterPay, Paypal or Credit Card. 


How do I track my order?

We will send you a notification email when your order is on its way to you. If you click ‘View your order’ from the email, it will bring you to your order page where you will see a clickable tracking ID.

 

Can I return my purchase?

We pride ourselves on providing high quality prints and our aim is for our customers to be happy with the prints they have chosen. If you do change your mind, however, we have a 3-day change-of-mind return policy. You can return your prints within the 3-day period, in exchange for a store credit.
All store credits are valid for one year from the date of issue.
All returns must be ‘as new’ condition and packaged securely in the original packaging. The customer will be responsible for return shipping costs.

Can I cancel my order?

Orders with standard shipping can be cancelled within 12 hours, providing the order hasn't been produced yet. We will charge a 7% administration fee for order cancellation. Orders with express shipping cannot be cancelled as they are sent to production as soon as we receive your order.
