Replacement, Returns and Warranty
All of our prints are made-to-order and are packed and handled with extreme care by our team. This ensures that during the shipping process, your prints will arrive in pristine condition.
REPLACEMENT
In the unlikely event that your purchase does arrive damaged, we will happily replace it at no extra cost. Any damage on delivery requires proof of damage through photograph submissions and will need to be sent to us via email at enquiries@intuitiveartbyleah.com.au within a day of receipt. All refunds will be paid through the same mode of payment. If your purchase arrives with any defect,
we will also arrange a replacement.
3-DAY CHANGE-OF-MIND RETURNS
We want you to love your artwork. If you do change your mind, however, we have a 3-day change-of-mind return policy. You can return your print to us within the 3-day period in exchange for a store credit. All store credits are valid for one year from the date of issue.
All returns must be ‘as new’ condition and packaged securely in the original packaging. The customer will be responsible for return shipping costs.
Please be informed that we can accept change-of-mind return only once for each order placed.
